Chief Executive Officer

After serving six years in the U.S. Army, Greg began what would become over 40 years of experience in the developmental disabilities field. His first 20 years included roles as a Direct Care Worker, Program Coordinator, Deputy Director, and Executive Director, along with several years working within DDA as Chief of Community Services in the Central Region Office.

Greg incorporated Beatty Nursing & Training in 2002 and has spent the last 22 years providing services as a business owner, consultant, and delegating Registered Nurse.

Vice President
Ben has been directly involved in nursing services within the developmental disabilities field for seven years. His experience includes nursing case management and delegation as a DD‑RN, as well as coordination of medical services through both Beatty Nursing and residential providers.
Administratively, Ben works closely with the Chief Administrative Officer to facilitate effective collaboration between residential providers, Beatty Nursing, and our nursing staff.

Chief Administrative Officer
Michelle has worked in the developmental disabilities field for 17 years. Her experience includes roles as a Program Coordinator, Division Manager, Lead Holistic Support Manager, and work in supported employment and quality assurance.
As Chief Administrative Officer, Michelle serves as the company’s primary point of contact and oversees all internal administrative processes, as well as coordination between Beatty Nursing and provider partners.
